In the two decades since Ealing based Dependability was formed we have supported over 60,000 people. As an independent provider of personal care and support services we have worked with private clients and local authorities across the country delivering care services, occupational therapy, reablement and more. Our experienced and skilled staff have prescribed disability equipment and adaptations to homes and living environments, provided detailed care plans, and personal care. Our work has enabled people to achieve independence in activities of daily living (ADL) and helped people to remain at home as safely as possible and for as long as possible. Registered Manager

Our Managing Director, Ms Shirley Georgina Rawling is a  manager and provider of care support services of 25 years standing. Her unique combination of qualifications and experience make her ideal for building relationships with clients, setting challenging but achievable goals and delivering them. A qualified psychiatric nurse as well as a qualified and registered social worker, Shirley’s career has included many demanding roles.
